A copy of the inspection report is included in <br /> Attachment 1 for reference purposes. A discussion of the alleged violations <br /> Web-based Solutions contained in the inspection report and Unified Grocers' responses are provided <br /> Quality ISO 9001 in this letter. <br /> Environment ISO 14001 <br /> EHS Management Item 7 alleges that the facility failed to make a hazardous waste determination <br /> Battery Management for the waste liquid from the clarifier. Attachment 2 contains analytical data for <br /> Waste Tracking a sample of waste liquid from the clarifier as analyzed by a State-certified <br /> analytical laboratory. The waste liquid from the clarifier was analyzed for <br /> Daren E. Jorgensen various constituents including total California-regulate metals for comparison to <br /> President Total Threshold Concentration Limit(TTLC)values and aquatic toxicity. Based <br /> on the results of the waste analysis it appears that the material does not exhibit <br /> Vice Presidents a characteristic of a hazardous waste. The results of the recent sampling are <br /> Bruce A. Armbruster consistent with the results of similar sampling completed in 2008 (results are <br /> Peter G. Stein included in Attachment 2). <br /> Managers Item 15 alleges that the eyewash station at the empty container storage area is <br /> Caitlin O'Connor not maintained. Image 1 included in Attachment 3 contains an image of the <br /> Kimberly P. Holden eyewash in a functioning state. <br /> Shaun M.
