Manny,Ibarra(transport driver) reversed the <br /> manifests as indicated by the signatures. Specifically, Glenn Curry of the Hayward site <br /> should of signed manifest 46432 and Kim Powers of the Stockon Facility should of <br /> signed manifest 47046.
