[22CCR§66265.192(k)(5)].Overfilling is <br /> prevented since it is drained at half full and has secondary containment <br /> [22CCR§66265.192(k)(6)] <br /> 6. System is currently in use and a visual inspection was performed and does not have any <br /> leaks. All pipes and fittings are secured and installed correctly. Furthermore, the system is <br /> open to the atmosphere thus low pressure is only generated when pumping from primary <br /> storage to secondary storage. <br /> 7.
