New Requirement - Notify 3E for spill events if: <br />o EH&S is not immediately available via contact information <br />(e.g. cell phone, e-mail,) <br />o Spill occurs offsite <br />o Spill occurs onsite and: <br />■ Spill reaches sensitive receptors <br />■ Spill leaves or threatens to leave Unified property <br />Notify EH&S in the event of a spill and/or release of a hazardous material, if: <br />o *An uncontrolled release of Ammonia occurs <br />o Spill occurs on Unified property and: <br />a) Onsite personnel is not equipped to manage the spill <br />b) Spill results in an injury or illness <br />Unchanged.
