201, 203 & 206 <br />Transportation of hazardous waste without a manifest to an unlicensed facility <br />• It is Unified Grocers policy that no leaking containers are shipped. Containers that are actively <br />leaking are maintained onsite. Only re -sellable products are shipped to Returns, Inc. A training <br />program for janitors, and salvage workers has been initiated to guide them on the correct <br />handling of unusable or leaking containers. <br />Failure to minimize the release of a hazardous waste <br />• Unified Grocers has instituted a training program to ensure materials that may be hazardous are <br />segregated and properly handled. Warehouse associates have been trained to identify potential <br />hazardous products and segregate them accordingly.
