All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This official inspection report supersedes the inspection list provided on 02/26/2018. Complete and submit a <br /> copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective <br /> actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of <br /> receiving the official this official inspection report. <br /> Note: The facility is also a San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection site, EPA ID <br /> CAH111000959. Site only collects used oil and filters, per facility operator. Amount of Hazardous Waste <br /> collected in the last calender year was 12 tons. A violation for failing to send generator manifest copies to DTSC <br /> within 30 days was issued to the HHW operations. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http:i/cers.calepa.ca.gov.
