The following is a Minor Violation - Notice to <br />Comply: 605 <br />605. Witnessed one 55 -gallon drum of absorbent pads missing hazardous properties on the label. All <br />hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br />the required information. Violation was corrected on site. <br />NOTE <br />Facility generated 1.25 tons of hazardous waste in 2013. Facility generates hazardous waste from its <br />auto/truck service operation. <br />Facility is also a used oil drop off point for the local farming community, and uses a different EPA ID # <br />(CAH111000959) to separate the dropped -off used oil from the facility's own hazardous waste. Facility <br />disposed 29.04 tons of hazardous waste under this EPA ID in 2013. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
