M. Holz, Inc. , located at <br /> 1129 South Sacramento Street, Lodi. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous waste <br /> statutes and regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct the identified violations within the <br /> schedule provided will result in DHS citing you for continuing/ <br /> additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Section 66508 (b) , Title 22 , California Code of <br /> Ray111 at.: ons (Cal. Code of Regs. ) : <br /> R. H. Holz , a generator of hazardous waste, has drums <br /> of waste solvent which have been in storage longer <br /> than 90 days. <br /> 2 . Section 66508 (a-c) , Cal. Code of Regs. : <br /> R. M. Holz has drums of waste oil which do not have <br /> labels. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> Violation #1 shall be corrected within 30 days of receipt <br /> of this letter by either applying for a hazardous waste <br /> facility permit or variance, or having hazardous wastes <br /> removed every 90 days. <br />
