Copies of Universal Waste disposal records were not found on site. <br /> --A copy of the disposal receipts of Universal Waste, including but not limited to lamps, alkaline <br /> batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, and electronic devices, shall be retained on site available <br /> for inspection. <br /> * Immediately locate a copy of all Universal Waste disposal records for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 7, 2011. <br /> NOTES <br /> This facility generated less than 5 tons of hazardous waste in 2010 according to Jeff Bravo's estimation. <br /> Please be aware that this number may be revised after EHD reviews copies of the hazardous waste <br /> disposal receipts to be submitted to EHD (see Item #60,63). <br /> 11. Observed absorbent used on leaks and spills at the facility not properly managed. Facilities shall be <br /> maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to <br /> air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Discrepancy was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> 79,80,81,82,83,84 Discussed with Jeff Bravo that Universal Wastes shall be stored in a closed container <br /> that prevents breakage and release to the environment. The container shall be labeled to identify the <br /> type of Universal Waste and marked the initial date of accumulation. Universal Waste shall be managed <br /> within one year of storage and retained on site a copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years.. <br /> A copy of CUPA class schedule, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small <br /> Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this <br /> inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: June 7, 2011 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance (please keep original for your records). <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTIONkAj#4Y TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD pectora ReceiveB .
