Facilities shall be maintained <br />and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface <br />water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately take all necessary precautions to ensure <br />proper hazardous materials storage, clean all spilled and accumulated chemicals, and manage according to Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br />managed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by August 19, 2016. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
