These agencies have been provided with a copy <br /> of this contingency plan. <br /> b)Copies ofthese notifications and the responses received are located at FGL's main office: 853 <br /> Corporation St., Santa Paula, CA 93060. An example copy of the notification letter used is <br /> attached to this plan. <br /> 10.5 Emergency Equipment <br /> The following is the emergency equipment which is available in the event of a hazardous waste <br /> or materials incident. It shall be used only at the direction of the EC in command and only by <br /> persons trained in emergency response and in the use of the equipment. <br /> 1.
