Stanlslaus clTr: Stockton I ZIP CODE: 95202 <br />OWNER/OPERATOR: Humberto Sandoval TELEPHONE: 423-9030 <br />TYPE OF ❑ COMPLAINT ❑ ROUTINE ❑ CONSULTATION QOTHER <br />INSPECTION: <br />PROGRAM 2220 <br />ELEMENT: <br />RECORD PR0526856 <br />ID#: <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINTNIOLATION: <br />Hazardous Wastes stored on referenced property after business has been closed. <br />VIOLATIONS/OBSERVATIONS: <br />Observed one 5 -gallon bucket and one metal container of unknown substance, a quart bottle of <br />motor oil, and 8 universal waste fluorescent lamps inside the building, and oily waste in the oil -water <br />separator sump outside the west side of the building. Facility failed to make a hazardous waste <br />determination in accordance to California Code of Regulation (CCR) Section 66262.11, and stored <br />hazardous waste over 180 days in accordance to Section 66262.34(d) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above waste containers and dispose of <br />the wastes accordingly, and dispose of the above universal waste lamps in accordance to Title 22 <br />Universal Waste Rules. Remove waste from from oil -water separator sump, make a hazardous <br />waste determination of the waste, and dispose accordingly. Submit a copy of all the disposal receipt <br />to this office.
