Weber Ave. — 3`d Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
RE: Account ID AR0016775
Facility ID FA0009775
Dear Sir or Madam:
Reference is made to your invoice dated 4/25/00 regarding a small hazardous waste
generator fee for our ready mixed concrete plant located at 749 S. Stanislaus St.,
Stockton.
As of January 1999, we no longer generated hazardous waste at that facility. Prior to
that date, the only hazardous waste generated at the site was used motor oil. A copy of
the California Hazardous Materials Inventory Form showing deletion of the used oil is
enclosed.
Therefore, we feel the hazardous waste generator fee for our Stanislaus Street faci!?!; ?=
inappropriate.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact me at (209) 610-9734.
Sincerely,
Matt R.
