Properly seal <br /> using your recycler's instructions. <br /> • For mercury thermostat(s)or battery(les),place items in the lined packaging or container provided by your recycler. <br /> Properly seal using your recycler's instructions. <br /> • Fill out the following on the Universal Waste PRP Label: <br /> • Complete the FROM section. <br /> • Check Lamp(s),Battery(ies),Mercury Thermostat(s),or Other(if within the scope of United States 40 CFR Part <br /> 273) <br /> • Fill in the Accumulation Start Date(The Accumulation Start Date is when the first Universal Waste was placed in the <br /> packaging or container.) <br /> • Affix the PRP Universal Waste Label to each package or container. DO NOT ALTER THE UNIVERSAL WASTE PRP <br /> LABEL. If you do not have enough labels,you must obtain additional labels from the company that provided them to you. <br /> • Keep the back of this label as your receipt.
