Stockton St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> ROUTINE HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR INSPECTION <br /> Class II violation: (20) <br /> 20. A 5 gallon bucket of diesel contaminated liquid was observed next to the diesel tank without a label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, toxic, corrosive, reactive) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> The bucket was emptied into a labeled hazardous waste container at the time of inspection. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (32, 46, 49, 85) b W-ed 00 <br /> 32. A tank assessment was not available on site for the=a—zardous <br /> oil t azardous waste generator <br /> shall obtain and keep on site a written assessment waste tank at the facility. This <br /> assessment shall be reviewed and certified Independent, qualified, professional engineer, <br /> registered in California, and shall a o the tank system's integrity. The assessment shall determine <br /> that the tank system is ad ely designed and has sufficient structural strength and compatibility with <br /> the waste stored __hall eewritten in accordance with Title 22 regulations. Immediately obtain a <br /> wriftefn.ja ssessment for the used oil tank at this facility in accordance with Title 22 regulations, <br /> ,PwVain a copy on site at the facility, and submit a copy of the certified assessment to the EHD. <br /> 45. The contingency plan was not available at the time of inspection. A copy of the contingency plan <br /> and all revisions to the plan shall be maintained at the facility at all times.
