Beckham ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> Hazmat Coordinator WrI A1TWn;:PARTMFNT <br /> Interstate Truck Center <br /> Re: Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Inspection Performed on January 28, 2016 <br /> Return to Compliance Certification <br /> Dear Ms. Rivera, <br /> Please see the following response to the "Large Quantity Waste Generator <br /> Inspection Report conducted at out facility located at 1137 South Stockton Street <br /> Stockton, Ca. 95206. <br /> Item # 301; oil puddle on the shop floor, oily dirt pile on the shop floor, and <br /> stained soil in the west side of the yard. We cleaned up the oil puddle with <br /> absorbent pads, swept up the oily dirt and cleaned oil residue from floor with <br /> absorbent pads, placing all the waste in a "UN" certified 5 gallon container. <br /> The stained soil areas were removed by shovel and placed in the same 5 gallon <br /> bucket. The waste was picked up by American Valley Waste. See the attached <br /> invoice. <br />
