You may also call our office at (209) 468- <br /> 3420 for assistance. <br /> Just a reminder, the EHD does not issue your password in CERS so you <br /> won't receive a password in the mail. You are responsible for your own <br /> password. <br /> • As mentioned in last year's CUPA News, the Office of the State Fire Marshal has <br /> established a new surcharge fee of $26 for all aboveground storage facilities with 1,320 <br /> gallons or more of petroleum onsite. The EHD will be collecting this surcharge for the Office <br /> of the State Fire Marshal during the 2015 billing cycle. <br /> • Don't forget to take advantage of our FREE Training Classes taught by an outside training <br /> company.
