Adequate <br /> aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas of facility operation in an emergency. Immediately maintain <br /> aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill control equipment, and <br /> decontamination equipment to any area of facility operation in an emergency. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> In the ink tank area: <br /> -One white 5 gallon plastic bucket containing dried ink waste was observed without a lid. <br /> -Four steel 1 quart buckets containing dried ink waste were observed without a lid. <br /> -One ink tank with dried green ink waste at the bottom was observed without a lid. <br /> -One plastic 1 quart bucket containing an ink sludge was observed without a lid. <br /> In the machine area: <br /> -One white five gallon plastic bucket containing ink filters was observed without a lid. <br /> In the outside area: <br /> One plastic 1 quart bucket containing oily water was observed without a lid. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> In the machine area, one grey empty 55 gallon steel drum was observed without an empty label. <br /> In the outside area, seven 270 gallon plastic totes and thrity 55 gallon poly drums were observed without an empty <br /> label. In addition,four 270 gallon plastic totes were observed with an empty date of 3/14/2017. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they <br /> were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers <br /> per this section.
