II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation #1: Immediately cease illegal disposal of hazardous waste. <br /> Violation #2: Within 10 days of receipt of this report, adequately characterize all waste streams. <br /> Violation #3: Effective immediately, all hazardous waste shall be transported under manifest. <br /> Violation #4: Effective immediately, all hazardous waste being offered for transportation shall <br /> be labeled in accordance with the applicable Department of Transportation <br /> regulations. <br /> Violation #5: Within 5 days of receipt of this report, all containers of hazardous waste shall be <br /> labeled with the words "Hazardous Waste". <br /> Violation #6: Within 10 days of receipt of this report, provide adequate decontamination <br /> equipment at all hazardous waste storage areas. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send written certification to this office at the letterhead <br /> address.
