I had sent them a letter in <br /> December notifying them that Stockton' s OPMR waste stream was no <br /> longer considered hazardous. This letter states that we do not <br /> have to notify the State of our determination on the waste stream <br /> classification. It also reiterates the procedure required to <br /> reclassify a waste stream. <br /> No further action is required on this matter. Please <br /> maintain this letter in your waste stream reclassification file <br /> with the rest of the information on this waste stream. <br /> cc: EGS, DKD <br />
