We have implemented the following: <br /> -- Unlabeled raw material drums have been labeled. <br /> - Employees instructed to use safety glasses in OPMR. <br /> - Hazardous Waste Drum in OPMR has been sealed. <br /> - Alarm and Emergency Response Equipment have been <br /> ordered for the outside ink yard and OPMR. <br /> - Outdated labels on containers have been removed. <br /> - Training review to ensure employees can apply what they <br /> have learned. <br /> Enclosed are the documents you requested.
