Plant #020 <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Contingency Plan <br /> Emergency Procedures: <br /> 3) Equipment (See HWMP — maps) <br /> • Lift trucks (12) — Propane powered — located throughout the plant. <br /> These trucks have the capability of lifting drums of spilled & <br /> contained material, transport and store at a secure location in or <br /> outside the plant , in case of an emergency spill. <br /> • Barrel lift attachment (1) —This accessory provides the capability <br /> to safely handle drums of material with a lift truck. <br /> • Spill Response Kits, drain covers, absorbents, Flammable <br /> Cabinets and PPE —See Map #2. Additionally Response Locker <br /> Shed located in back of building. (See Map # 5 grid 15). These <br /> materials are utilized for spill response, and are located <br /> strategically throughout the plant that may have the highest <br /> probability of a release. The Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) <br /> is utilized for self protection of workers that are assigned to an <br /> incidental spill team for clean-up, as they are directed by the <br /> emergency environmental coordinator. <br /> • Empty Closable Poly Drums (2) — See Map 5 for location. These <br /> drums are extra and held in storage for a potential incidental spill <br /> response. <br /> • Empty 275 gallon poly totes (5+) — See Map #2 Grid A6. These <br /> totes are recycled and extra and held in storage for a potential <br /> incidental spill response. <br /> • Fire Extinguishers (108) — See Map Title: Extinguisher Stations. <br /> These fire extinguishers are specifically for the purpose of putting <br /> out a variety of small fires anticipated for an initial small fire <br /> emergency. <br /> • Eye wash stations (several) —throughout the plant— See Map# 2. <br /> These eye stations are strategically placed throughout the plant as <br /> a first aid response to a potential small eye emergency. <br />
