Finding# 60 <br /> Failed to keep signed copy for 3 years: <br /> Finding#63 <br /> Failed to keep a copy of the consolidated manifest for 3 years: <br /> Finding#64 <br /> Failed to retain a copy of the manifest for spent lead acid batteries: <br /> Finding#85 <br /> Failed to keep records of shipment for each shipment of universal waste: <br /> Action taken: <br /> At the time of the inspection we were unable to locate the required records due to <br /> the personnel shift schedule and job duty reassignment. These records were located on <br /> the following day. To correct this situation the records are now routed from the <br /> storekeeper to the Environmental files.
