Finding# 84 <br /> Stored UW on site for more then one year: <br /> Action taken: <br /> Manifest records demonstrate that UW pickups have occurred within the last year; <br /> however the containers did not have start collection dates on them. The start collection <br /> date is now being applied to the labels. The Haz-waste area log is in place tracking the <br /> inventory with start date and ship date for each container. <br /> All UW waste has been removed from the facility. <br /> Attached documents: <br /> • 6/23/2010 manifests <br /> • Hazwaste area log format <br /> • Photograph of current container label <br />
