Cleaned and did not Impact. <br />@1500 hours EHO Lisa M. contacted Antrany Sinn for phone interview. Per Mr. Scott the facility is a primary real facility and has 12 UV reactors. Upon staff conducting a routine calibration a <br />lamp broke releasing up t0 2.3 grams of mercury. Response teams took ore of Ma spill, no employees wereaffected. There was an In house mercury response according. SOPs and initial <br />w48cabons continued and operations were shut down.
