I left a message on your voicemail (925) 862-5711 & (925) 699-7935 regarding <br />directives by our agency. <br />The release reported today is required to be reported to California Office of Emergency Services (CALOES) Warning <br />Center. <br />Please email the following documents: <br />1) Incident Report for the 9/27/2016 @ 0950 hours. <br />2) SOPS for mercury response. <br />3) Waste Discharge Requirements and permits with the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br />4) The EHD understands the discharge was directed into the on-site settling pond. Please give specifications for the <br />pond. Does the pond have any offsite conduits or drainage? <br />5) Final disposition of any paperwork related to the spill. Where is the waste and how is your facility handling, <br />storing or transporting the hazardous waste? <br />The EHD will be drafting a Notice To Abate for the release.
