The drum of hazardous waste (HW) absorbent did not have marked which hazardous property. The <br /> drum of HW test liquid did not have marked which physical state or hazardous property. All hazardous <br /> waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Continue to ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Repeat Class II Violation. Corrected on site. <br /> 23. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for years 2010 and 2008 were not found on site. A <br /> copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by 4-24-11. Minor-Notice to Comply. <br /> 60, 61, & 62. Manifest number 004907602JJK and 004907871JJK were found without a signed off copy <br /> from the destination facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off <br /> by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the <br /> generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator <br /> of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 35 days of the date the waste was <br /> accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall contact the transporter and/or the owner or <br /> operator of the designated facility to determine the status of the waste. If the generator did not receive a <br /> copy of the signed off copy of the manifest within 45 days of the date that the waste was accepted by the <br /> initial transporter, the generator shall submit an Exception Report that includes a legible copy of the <br /> missing manifest, and a cover letter signed by the generator explaining the efforts to locate the <br /> hazardous waste and the results of those efforts. Exception reports shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O.
