0 0 <br /> The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BET STOCKTON TERMINAL as of March 16, 2018. <br /> Open violations from March 27, 2017 inspection <br /> Violation#117-Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on January 7, 2016 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by February 6, 2016. <br /> This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. The outstanding <br /> violations include: <br /> -Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste: An incomplete waste analysis was conducted. The lab <br /> analytical results indicated additional STLC and TCLP testing was needed to make a complete determination. <br /> -Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point: The SDS submitted stated the chemical is"very toxic <br /> to aquatic life" and that"this mixture is considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard." <br /> An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> Open violations from January 07, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation#202-Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> A container of 409 Cleaner Degreaser Disinfectant was observed partially full in the trash can in the shop. <br /> Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, <br /> and disposal facility(TSDF). The container of 409 was removed from the trash and placed in the flammable cabinet <br /> for reuse by Mr. Yiamkis. Immediately cease disposal of hazardous waste to trash and ensure that all future waste <br /> is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste transporter to a permitted TSDF. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
