Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2015 and 2016 were not found on site. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all cornmunication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment: <br /> Observed fire extinguishers with the service date of 5/29/14 throughout the facility and secondary containment <br /> container, holding two 55-gallon drums of used oil and one 30-gallon drum of used antifreeze, filled with approximately <br /> 5 gallons of used oil. All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, <br /> and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency.
