Melinda stated that she was did not realized that Fluorescent laml <br /> material and could not be throw in the bin with the clean-up debris. As tl <br /> Fluorescent lamp were discarded the tube broke causing the bin to be con <br /> classified as hazardous material and needed to be properly disposed of. <br /> Ray Von Flue from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Departme <br /> was located at 4747 W. Lane.
