Staff reviewed the Facility Specific Emergency <br /> Contingency Plan, <br /> Attachments: Sign-in sheets that were missing information & Training Materials. <br /> #602- CCR 66262.34 (e)(1)(13): Silver Nitrate waste was picked up. Refer to Manifest <br /> #010887223FLE <br /> Attachment: Manifest#010887223FLE <br /> #604— CCR 66262,34 (e)(3): Containers were picked up by waste hauler. Refer to Manifest#. <br /> EVS Management will ensure staff are collecting waste containers timely and having the waste <br /> hauler pick-up prior to the 90-days end date.
