The violation is <br /> outlined as follows: <br /> 1. Violation: HSC 25189.5(C)-Transported or caused transport of HW to an authorized point <br /> [CCR 66263.23(b)]. <br /> a. Holt of California performed preventive maintenance service on a diesel fueled generator <br /> set at this facility. On 12-18-10, 88 gallons of used motor oil was transported from this <br /> address to Holt of California's facility for consolidation. <br /> b. Pursuant to California Health & Safety Code (HSC)25250.23, transportation of used oil <br /> requires a hazardous waste (HW)transporter registration. <br /> c.
