Ensure there is no free flowing liquid in the bottom of the tote. <br /> o Verify the Rxtote has only non-controlled and pon-"P-Rated" loose or <br /> dropped pills in an amber vial or zip seal bag and labeled as "dropped" <br /> pills. <br /> o Verify thatCIII=V loose or"dropped" pills are not being combined in the <br /> same amber vial or zip seal bag. <br /> o Ensure there are no C-Il pills placed in the Rx or P-Rated tote. <br /> o Verify C-ll dropped or loose pills are locked in the cabinet In an amber vial or <br /> zip seal bag and the label has the NDC# and name of the pill. <br /> ❑ Open the P-Rated tote,,and confirm that there are only empty P-Rated stock bottles and <br /> the lids within the tote. <br /> o Confirm there is a label on each tote that has within it product items waiting for <br /> evaluation/P-Rated stock bottles. . <br /> o Verify P-Rated loose or dropped pills are in a separate amber vial or zip seal <br /> bag and labeled with the NDC# and name of the pill. <br /> o.
