One black 55-gallon metal drum with torn and unmarked (or faded) hazardous waste labels requires hazardous waste determination. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 12/20/2013. 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for last 3 years were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last 3 years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 12/20/2013. 407. Witnessed one red empty 55-gallon waste oil drum by the metal freight storage box. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section, and submit document how this was corrected to the EHD by 12/20/2013. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
