The following are Class II (Repeat) Violations: <br /> 108,122,125,407,605,701,610,812 <br /> 108. One black 55-gallon metal drum with torn and unmarked (or faded) hazardous waste labels requires <br /> hazardous waste determination. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and <br /> manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes <br /> and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how <br /> this waste was managed by 12/20/2013. <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for last 3 years were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br /> receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br /> available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last 3 years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 12/20/2013. <br /> 407. Witnessed one red empty 55-gallon waste oil drum by the metal freight storage box. Containers <br /> larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section, and submit document how this was corrected to the EHD by 12/20/2013. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> 59 In a r: Rec Title: <br /> VHD'2202 Re 4/19/12 age 4 HW INSPECTION REPORT <br />
