Weber Avenue <br /> Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: February 20, 2001 Inspection <br /> Dear Ms. Sterni-Le: <br /> The following actions were taken in regards to the violations noted during the inspection <br /> of our facility on February 20, 2001: <br /> #1)New absorbent and spill control equipment is in an accessible clean area. <br /> #2)Hazardous waste was removed by Safety Kleen on March 8, 2001. All further <br /> hazardous waste will be removed from our facility within 90 days from accumulation <br /> start date. A copy of the service acknowledgment from Safety Kleen is attached. <br /> #3)D.O.T. approved shipping labels were purchased and all hazardous waste drums are <br /> properly labeled as required. <br /> #4)All hazardous waste containers are in closed containers. Spent absorbent has been <br /> put in a closed container with a proper D.O.T. hazardous waste label. <br /> #5) A copy of our HMMP is enclosed. Letters have been submitted to the local fire, <br /> police, hospital, and emergency agencies for arrangements to familiarize these authorities <br /> with the layout of our facility, properties of hazardous waste handled at our facility, <br /> entrances to roads inside the facility, and possible evacuation routes.
