Violations were from inspection to facility on 8-5-2016 by Aris Veloso, Senior REHS. <br /> Item # 101: Our facility hazardous waste ID# has been re activated. Copy of EPA Profile included for <br /> documentation. <br /> Item#105; An emergency coordinator has been appointed and proper signage has been posted in the <br /> proper places. <br /> Item# 115; Copies of Invoices for past three years of purchase and core return records of lead batteries <br /> has been located, copied and placed in proper location on site; Copies of these bills of lading and <br /> returned cores have been included with this report. <br /> Item #301; Landscape equipment oil spills/leaks have been cleaned up properly with absorbent. An <br /> absorbent drum has been brought in and properly labeled accordingly for these clean ups. All oil <br /> spill/leaks that have/will be cleaned up will be placed in a 55 gallon "Contaminated Absorbent" drum <br /> and labeled properly as Hazardous Waste. Proper signage has been implemented. Proper procedures for <br /> more timely cleanups have been implemented. <br /> Item#303; Saturated absorbent from the secondary containment spill control pallet has been cleaned <br /> and a proper regime of cleaning practices has been put in place. <br /> Item#403; All practices of keeping open catch pans draining oil into drums has been rectified.This <br /> practice will no longer be implemented. All containers will be kept closed when not in use. <br /> Item#406;The two 250 gallon empty totes and 2 empty 30 gallon plastic drums have been picked up for <br /> recycling by our purveyor. Further empty containers, as they occur, will be properly marked with empty <br /> date and disposed of properly accordingly. <br /> Item#605; Used oil drums have now been properly labeled with all of the necessary information needed. <br /> Placards/stickers were furnished by Aris Veloso, Senior REHS. <br /> Item#608; Used oil Filters had been disposed on 6/30/2016. Copy of bill of lading has been included with <br /> this report.
