This <br /> container was 3/4 full and contained standing oily liquid and rags. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at <br /> all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close this container and ensure all hazardous waste <br /> containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One blue poly container, covered loosely by a rusted metal lid,was observed north of the detail shop. This container <br /> had no label and was 3/4 full with standing oily liquid and rags. Also one 55-gallon container was located inside the <br /> detail shop and was labeled as "drained used oil and gasoline filters" and dated 1-8-13; some oily liquid 1-2 cups was <br /> noted inside this container. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not <br /> exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
