The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CABRAL SUZUKI as of February 12, 2016. <br /> open violations from April 27, 2015 inspection <br /> Violation#105-Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> At the time of inspection, Mr. Cohoon stated that it looks like only a few management staff and not all the technicians <br /> who handle hazardous waste received the required hazardous waste training. The generator must ensure that all <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency <br /> procedures. Immediately provide training to all employees who handle hazardous waste and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One waste oil storage tank(>200 gallon capacity), located inside the"detail area"was labeled"closed"and had <br /> approximately 1.5-inches of waste oil inside; according to the attached hazardous waste label the most recent waste <br /> oil pick up from this tank was in 2012. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and <br /> do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifes <br /> to the EHD. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
