Please see the attached copy <br /> of the combined facilities Emergency Response training roster including employees from the <br /> Suzuki detail department. <br /> 601: Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days <br /> RESPONSE: The used oil tank at this facility has been emptied and a proper label has <br /> been affixed to the outside of the tank. <br /> Cabral Chrysler Jeep Dodge <br /> 107: Contingency plan is incomplete. <br /> RESPONSE: A copy of the current signed contingency plan is onsite located in the yellow box in <br /> the Part's Managers office. Please see the attached contingency plan with the added page <br /> indicating onsite emergency coordinators and the updated Consolidated Contingency Plan <br /> 110: Failed to complete training on hazardous waste management and emergency response <br /> procedures <br /> Please see the attached training rosters for the most recent Emergency Response training <br /> at this facility. This training is also done online through KPA, LLC for those who are unable to <br /> attend the in person training. Attached are also outlined job descriptions for each department. <br /> 111: Failed to maintain complete personnel training records <br /> RESPONSE: Please see the attached training rosters,job descriptions and training outline slides. <br /> 301: Facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous waste <br /> RESPONSE: The metal shavings have been cleaned up and employees have been counseled on <br /> keeping the container closed when not in use.
