California Street <br />Stockton CA <br />The permit application to remove an underground storage tank from the above referenced <br />facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br />2. This tank will not be decontaminated, therefore it must be handled as hazardous <br />waste. <br />3. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br />4.
