A site plan must be submitted identifying the <br /> locations where monitoring will be performed, the submitted plan lacks sensors and monitoring panel locations. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://Gers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a <br /> copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the diesel STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 1 gallon of liquid from the <br /> diesel sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 326 CCR 2635(b)(2)Overfill prevention system not present, was overridden, or failed to meet overfill requirements. <br /> The mechanical overfill prevention device on the diesel UST is currently overridden by the presence of a measuring <br /> stick placed in the drop tube. The stick was removed by the service technician on site.
