(Repeat) Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete and submit a copy of the <br /> financial responsibility by June 7, 2013. <br /> 310. (Repeat) Approximately 1.5 gallon of liquid was observed in the diesel STP sump on the side away <br /> from the liquid sensor. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, <br /> it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste <br /> determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Technician <br /> removed the liquid and placed into a new 5-gallon bucket labeled for hazardous waste on site. Ensure <br /> that the diesel STP sump is maintained free of liquid. Violation has been corrected. Note: Please be <br /> aware hazardous waste shall not be stored on site longer than 180 days from start day of accumulation, <br /> and it is your responsibility to make a hazardous waste determination and manage the waste <br /> accordingly. <br /> 202. Approved copies of the monitoring and response plans were not found on site. Copies of these <br /> plans shall be retained on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. Provide to <br /> EHD evidence of correction by June 7, 2013. <br /> 999. HSC 25404 (e)(4). Electronic data submission for CERS has not been met. UST owner/operator <br /> under CUPA programs shall comply with CERS submittal requirement at http://www.CERS.calepa.ca. <br /> gov.
