The service technician removed 1 gallon of liquid from the <br /> diesel sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> 326 CCR 2635(b)(2)Overfill prevention system not present,was overridden,or failed to most overfill requirements. <br /> The mechanical overfill prevention device on the diesel UST is currently overridden by the presence of a measuring <br /> stick placed in the drop tube. The stick was removed by the service technician on site.
