I understand the size of the tank to <br />be 500 gallons and located at the southeast corner of the storage <br />building. <br />Prior to starting any work, contact this department for the <br />issuance of a permit. In addition, you are to contact the <br />Environmental Health Division of the San Joaquin Local Health <br />District. <br />Currently the slurry mix is one and three quarters sacks of <br />cement per yard of total mix. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely in service, <br />:72 - <br />Steven W.
