With the provision that the information provided to this agencywas accurate <br /> and representative of existing conditions, it is our position that no further action is required at this time. <br /> e� <br /> �QpL 1jSQd' Please be advised that tank disposal records have not been submitted. Either submit these records <br /> 1 immediately or submit in writing an explanation why these records cannot be submitted. <br /> b4 � <br /> �e(r�eCttS Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability under the California Health and Safety <br /> (JrC Code or Water Code for past, present, or future operations at the site. Nor does it relieve you of the <br /> S� responsibility to clean up existing, additional, or previously unidentified conditions at the site which cause <br /> \333��a or threaten to cause pollution or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br /> 14. p0 Additionally, be advised that changes in the present or proposed use of the site may require further site <br /> characterization and mitigation activity.
