I. INTRODUCTION <br /> The Pacific Environmental Group, Inc. (PACIFIC) Confined Space Entry Program (Program) <br /> has been developed in accordance with State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Administration regulations. <br /> The objective of this program is to establish minimum requirements and procedures to ensure <br /> the safety of employees and contractors who work in, about, and in connection with confined <br /> spaces.
