D. Personal Injury <br /> If an injury occurs due to an accident or exposure to a hazardous substance, the PACIFIC <br /> office will be notified. The Company Safety Officer will be given all appropriate information <br /> concerning the nature and cause of the injury so that treatment preparations can be initiated. <br /> The injured person will be transported to the Contamination Reduction line where appropriate <br /> first aid and treatment can begin.
