C A M B R I A
Dispenser Areas: Four samples were collected at depths ranging from 4.0 to 5.0 fbg beneath
the former dispensers. TPPH, benzene, and MTBE were ND in these samples.
Product Piping: Four samples were collected at depths ranging from 3.5 to 5.0 tbg beneath
the former product lines. Sample P-4 contained TPPH at a concentration of 54.7 ppm.
TPPH was ND in the other piping samples. Benzene and MTBE were ND in all samples
collected beneath product piping.
© CONCLUSIONS
Benzene and MTBE were not detected in any samples collected during the UST removal and
site demolition activities. TPPH was detected at a very low concentration at one location in
the former UST excavation (TS -D) and at 54.7 ppm at one location beneath an abandoned
product line (P-4).
CLOSING
Based on these analytical data, Equiva submitted an Unauthorized Release Report. However,
based on the low TPPH level and the fact that no benzene or MTBE was detected we request
that SJCPHS consider case closure for this site.
If you have any questions regarding this report, please call Joe Neely at (707) 935-4854.
Sincerely,
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.
Aubrey K.
