Called station, 943-0286, Mike Dougherty, to verify amount of gas loss. <br /> Stated approx. , 200gallons and the reason it was not picked up with an <br /> absorbant material was because the storm drain was right there and the <br /> spill went directly into it. <br /> 11. Called City Environmental Cohtrol ,944-8720, talked to Frank Tucker, they <br /> took LEL readings at storm drain catch basin at 441 W. Charter Way and <br /> one block down stream, no volital gases found. This is a 72 inch line, <br /> %, full of water, no flow at present time. <br /> III. Called Fish & Game Enforcement, (916) 355-7040, talked to Beverly Vicory <br /> and reported the incident to them.
