Local emergency response (i .e. <br /> ambulance, hospitals , fire departments) can be reached by dialing 911 . <br /> Office can be reached by calling (209) 462-4581 or 368-6175 to contact <br /> appropriate personel . A list of emergency numbers is on site. <br /> 8. If there is any change in tank disposal or <br /> reuse, we will notify SJLHD. The "Underground Tank Disposition Tracking <br /> Record" will be returned to SJLHD <br />
